Diane DiCarlo Pick, MA, MBA

Diane DiCarlo Pick is a principal of Negotiation Mastery, Inc. and provides programs in Conflict Management and Negotiation to organizations throughout the world. Diane is partnering with Workplace Connections, to offer a comprehensive package that addresses two interwoven topics: Managing Difficult Conversations and Negotiation.

In 1989 Diane completed the one-year "Specialization in Negotiation and Dispute Resolution" program at the Harvard Law School. She also received a MBA degree with Highest Distinction from American International College and a MA in Teaching from Smith College. Her undergraduate work was completed at Mount Holyoke College.

Diane's professional experience includes serving as Director of Training for the Insurance Company of North America (CIGNA) and as a Human Resource Manager for Fireman's Fund Insurance Co. In 1984 she founded her own company, providing management and organizational development consulting and training to both profit and non-profit organizations. Several of her articles on negotiation have been published in The Personnel News, The Journal of the Bay Area OD Network and The Real Estate Professional.
